Australia Post

Free standard shipping on orders over $100  
Flat $10 shipping on orders under $100

Estimated delivery times  
NSW, VIC, ACT: 7–10 business days  
QLD, SA: 8–12 business days  
WA, NT, TAS: 10–15 business days

DHL Express

Free express shipping on orders over $300  
Flat $29.99 express shipping on orders under $300

Estimated delivery times  
Metro areas: 4–7 business days  
Rural areas: 8–15 business days

Customs & Duties

Import taxes and duties may apply depending on your country.  
In most regions, this applies to orders over $1,000 in local currency.  
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is placed.  
Tracking activates once your order is dispatched, usually within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our international warehouse in Hong Kong.

Most supplement ingredients, including NMN, are manufactured in China.  
Final packaging occurs internationally before dispatch.

This allows us to keep pricing competitive and delivery times fast worldwide.
